DAY 1
Bangalore
On day 01 of your Bangalore - Mysore - Ooty - Coorg Travel Package, our representative will pick up at Bengaluru International Airport or Railway Station and you will be transferred to the hotel. After breakfast, proceed for full day sightseeing at Bangalore. You will be taken to visit Bull Temple, Lalbagh Botanical Gardens, Vidhanasoudha (Outside view), Cubbon Park and ISKCON Temple. Evening, return to the hotel and overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 2
Bangalore - Ooty
Check out the hotel after breakfast and drive to Ooty. Ooty popularly known as Blue Mountains is deep within the Nilgiri hills. Ooty also called as Ootacamund is a popular hill station located in the Nilgiri Hills. On the way to Ooty, visit Bandipur or Madhumalai National Park. On arrival at Ooty, visit Pykara Waterfalls, 6th and 9th Mile Shooting spots. Then check in to the hotel and overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 3
Ooty - Coonoor - Ooty
Morning, after breakfast, you can proceed for full day sightseeing at Ooty and Coonoor. First visit Government Rose Garden, Ooty Botanical Gardens, Ooty Lake, Stone House, Doddabetta Peak, the highest peak in the Nilgiris. After lunch, proceed to Coonoor. Visit Coonoor Tea Garden, Dolphin Nose, Sims Park and return to Ooty. If time permits, evening free for shopping at Ooty, then return to the hotel and overnight stay at Ooty.
DAY 4
Ooty - Mysore
Check out the hotel after breakfast and drive to Mysore, the second largest city in Karnataka state. Mysore is noted for its palaces and other important tourist attractions. On arrival at Mysore, visit Chamundeshwari Temple atop the Chamundi Hills, Mysore Zoo, Mysore Palace, St. Philomena Church and Evening visit to Brindavan Gardens (KRS) where a musical fountain show is held every evening. Return to the hotel and overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 5
Mysore - Coorg
Check out the hotel after breakfast and drive to Coorg, located on the eastern slopes of the Western Ghats and rated as one of the top hill station destinations in India. On the way to Coorg, visit Bylukuppe Tibettian Settlement (Golden Temple) and Kaveri Nisargadhama, a beautiful picnic spot. On arrival at Madikeri, check in to the resort. Evening, visit Abbi waterfalls, Omkareshwara Temple - a temple having both Islamic and Gothic style of architecture. Then proceed to Raja Seat - a seasonal garden of flowers and artificial fountains. You can view the beautiful view of mountains of coorg from here. Return to the hotel and overnight stay at hotel.
DAY 6
Coorg - Bangalore
Morning, after breakfast, check out the resort and proceed to visit Dubare Elephant Camp, a forest camp on the banks of the River Kaveri where bathing and feeding the elephants are done. Dubare elephant camp in Coorg is the perfect destination to enjoy Elephant rides and bird watching. Then drive to Bangalore. Bangalore
Our representative will welcome you at Bengaluru International Airport / Bangalore Railway Station. Bangalore is the capital city of Karnataka state known as Garden city or Silicon Valley of India. You will be taken to the hotel. Check in to the Hotel and relax for sometime. Afternoon proceed for a half day city tour of Bangalore visit Lalbagh Botanical Gardens, Cubbon Park, ISKCON Temple, Vidhana Soudha and finally at you will be taken to the Commercial Street for the Shopping. Evening, return to the hotel and overnight stay at hotel.
DAY 2
Bangalore - Mysore
After breakfast, check out the hotel and proceed to Mysore, en-route visit Srirangapatna, a historical place. Afternoon at Mysore. On arrival at Mysore, check in to the hotel. Then visit to Mysore Palace, one of the prime attractions of Mysore city and visit to Mysore Zoo, where you can view some of the rare species of wildlife. Evening visit to world famous Brindavan Gardens (KRS) expanded over 150 acres. The musical fountain and light show adds attraction to the garden. Then return back to the hotel and over night stay at Hotel.
DAY 3
Mysore - Ooty
Early morning, drive to Chamundi hills and visit Chamundeshwari Temple. After breakfast, check out the hotel and drive to Ooty, en-route visit Madumalai Forest. On arrival at Ooty, check in to the hotel and relax for some time. Evening free for shopping and other activities. Overnight stay at Hotel.
DAY 4
Ooty
After breakfast, proceed for full day sightseeing in Ooty. Visit to Doddabeta Peak, the highest peak of Ooty. From this place you will catch a very panoramic view of the nearby regions. By noon return to Ooty town and you can have lunch. Afternoon visit the famous Botanical Garden built in 1847 and the Ooty Lake where boating facility is available. If time permits you can go for Horse-back riding around the lake. Evening free for shopping and other activities. Overnight stay at Hotel.
DAY 5
Ooty - Bangalore
Morning after breakfast, check-out the hotel and drive to Bangalore. On arrival at Bangalore you will be taken to the Bengaluru International Airport / Bangalore city railway station for your onward journey.
DAY 1
Visiting Temples
Reach Hampi in the morning. Cross over to the other side. Settle into our rooms, head to the café for breakfast. And after that –head out! We will be covering the main temples-so Vithala temple,Kodandarama, Courtesan’s street, Virupaksh temple and the ruins on the Hemkunth Hills are on our map. Lunch will be at our favourite south Indian place overlooking the river and post lunch we resume our explorations. And did we mention the coracle ride on the Tungabhadra?? Well, that’s definitely a MUST-DO on our list. Places covered today: -Vithala Temple -Kodandarama temple -Virupaksh Temple -Hemkunth Hills Meals:Breakfast/Lunch Mode of transport: Auto or tempos and coracle (boats).
DAY 2
Hampi Sightseeing
After a breakfast at our cafe, we set off for Day 2 of our adventure. Our mopeds await us on the other side. If you can drive, you can go pillion or take an auto and set-off to the other side of the Hampi bazaar to get a glimpse of the monolithic bull (made of one stone) and A short climb up the natural steps carved out of boulders will take you to the beautiful and protected Achyutarya temple The view of the temple from the height is something that makes the climb worth it. Standing tall and lonesome! It makes for a perfect setting for a horror movie too. Places to be covered today: -Royal Centre-It’s was a seat of political activities and the cynosure of Political power. It houses the Royal Enclosure, Danaik’s Enclosure and the Zenena Enclosure -Matanga Hill : a climb up -Monolithic Bull -Achyutarya Temple -Courtesan’s Street Lunch will be at Mango Tree cafe and post lunch we take our bikes again and set off.
DAY 3
Kishkinda kingdom
Explore the earstwhile Kishkinda kingdom, Anegundi on the other side of the river (where we will be staying) on motor bikes. The landscape is dramatic and the drive mesmerizing! Go through the tiny villages, stop over for a Ranganatha Temple, the Rang Mahal, the dilapidated King’s Palace and the temple by the banks of the river. A leisurely day planned for you to take in the sights and sounds of this sleepy little village. As you make your way through the tiny lanes , signboards guide you everywhere. The day is kept at slow pace and for the more adventurous ones you can takde the 575 steps up to the Anjeneyadri hills to see the Hanuman temple up above.Ancient rock paintings are also a draw-a short hike will lead us there. We come back to do lunch at the Laughing Buddha café overlooking the river and resume our adventure.
DAY 4
Departure
This day is kept at leisure. You can either spend the day on this side of the river or go over to the other side to indulge in retail therapy (the collection of curios and silver on offer is very attractive) or sit at a café and soak in the Hampi way of life. You can shop, drive, relax or share way too many conversations. Your call. Its your day Meals: Breakfast, Lunch.
